WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Hypnosis for weight loss is a therapeutic technique aimed at helping individuals achieve their weight loss goals by influencing and modifying their subconscious behaviors and attitudes towards food and exercise. Through guided relaxation and focused attention, hypnosis is extremely effective at encouraging the adoption of healthier habits and a more positive mindset about body image and weight management. While not a magic solution, when used as a complementary approach alongside a balanced diet plan and regular physical activity, hypnosis is a beneficial tool for those struggling to overcome mental barriers to weight loss. 

This course is specific for group hypnosis for the purpose of using hypnotic techniques to empower each individual to find strength, courage, determination, and hope in their weight loss journey.

As a certified weight-loss specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I have created a person specific program that utilizes the short term benefits of rapid weight-loss through the keto diet followed with a sustainable nutrition program based in the benefits of the Mediterranean diet which is excellent at maintaining not only a healthy lean body but a healthy and happy outlook on life.
