mANAGING STRESS AND ANXIETY
In this session, we will use hypnosis to teach you a self-hypnotic technique used to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. The group sessions involve using techniques that result in a narrowed focus of attention in a heightened suggestible state followed by post-hypnotic suggestions which are combined with a powerful visualization of a numbered dial that reflects the number you feel your stress or anxiety is at called a rheostat response. These methods help individuals lower their stress and anxiety levels at will by using self hypnosis to turn down the level of stress they are feeling at any time they choose leading to increased feelings of calmness, happiness, confidence, and control. This technique can be used at any time after the completion of this course and will last indefinitely if the person who experienced this session continues to use it in their everyday life.
